5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Here is the best thing I have ever found on the internet. For a chocoholic it is amazing ! Here is the recipe to make a chocolate cake, in the microwave in 5 minutes......perfect!

4 Tablespoons of plain flour

4 Tablespoons of sugar

4 Tablespoons of Cocoa

1 Egg

3 Tablespoons oil/marg

3 Tablespoons milk

3 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips (add to taste.......I add lots!!!)

Small splash of Vanilla Essence 

Add dry ingredients to a large mug and mix well. Add the egg (whisked) then the oil and milk. Mix well. Pop in the microwave for 5 mins. If you have a high powered oven reduce the time slightly (something to play with as I found out!)

Ta Da.......one chocolate cake all to yourself in 5 mins. Just how I like it !!!!!
